Q: What is your hottest sauce?
A: It is ‘The Source’ at 7.1 million scouville and Blair’s 6am Extract at an estimated 16 million scouville. These are extracts and are to be dilluted in some form before consuming. If this is not what you’re looking for then check out our other Off the Charts and 10++ options.

Q: How do you choose? There’s just too many.
A: Well some of us like to think there isn’t enough. For starters we recommend taking a look at our Heat Scale which starts at 1 and goes Off the Charts. If that doesn’t help we suggest by choosing one red and one green sauce. You’ll notice a flavor and heat difference. From there you will have a bit more to go on next time you visit our store.

Q: What are your Store Hours?
A: Monday through Friday we are open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday 9:00 AM to 7:00 AM. On major holidays we may close a few hours earlier. Inquire within the store or call for more information.

Q: Can I sell you my sauce or spice?
A: Yes, we’re always interested in new products. Simply send or drop off the following: A sample(s), price(s), and number(s) to order and contact you. Note we can’t purchase your product if you don’t leave a number or price. So please be sure to insert that with your sample. You may send optional facts and information about your products. Another thing to consider is we are only interested in spicy items (any heat level) or items similar to what we carry.

Q: May I get a Refund?
A: Only if the item we sent has some defect or has expired previous to arrival. No exchanges either. All sales are final.
